Arctic Cat Throttle Safety Switch
This will defeat the throttle safety and the kill switch.

Arctic cat throttle safety switch. Open the throttle block on the handlebars and cut the throttle safety switch wires. There are 2 switches in the tss system that work in conjunction one at the throttle body the other at the flipper handle. The lower one wears through and the position of the lever will cause an ignition misfire or cut out. The test should read between 4250 5750 ohms.
Go on browns leisure world parts page and go to the throttle away it will be in handlebars and controls iirc. One mine 2014ones red ones black and you can cut either one and. As far as the idle being set to low thats not a problem as long as i touch the throttle and take up the small amount of freeplay 116 it idles fine before i ever move the throttle cable. I had planned to go to a teather when i do this i agree that safety is a top priority.
To defeat the throttle safety switch just unplug the 3 wire connector at the base of the handle bars. Replace those or disconnect the harness like said. With the help of leetv entertainment i show you how to to do a temporary fix on the throttle switch if your are stranded out in the middle of nowhere and yo. The switch at the throttle body seldom if ever gives trouble the one at the flipper though can be problematic.
To test the tps you need an ohm meter and test between pins 1 and 4 in the sensor. It seems to be irradic all connectors were checked one minute it runs next wont even start.
